The Bank of England Kept Its Forward Guidance Policy Unchanged

Bank of England, the Bank of England (BOE) has now been carried out prior to any guidance policy change this month and in January announced to keep interest rates at current low levels.

Experts believe that the Monetary Policy Committee (MPC) will keep its benchmark interest rate at 0.5% of the bank's progress in accordance with its guidelines. The policy initiated by the governor, Mark - Carney, noted that the central bank will keep its interest rates at historically low levels until the unemployment rate fell to 7% or less. Mark - Carney, Bank of England governor said the central bank is likely even at the risk of a housing bubble or a drop in the unemployment rate, to maintain low interest rates.

Carney said the decline in unemployment will not automatically lead to rising interest rates in the UK. Some experts said that even if the signs in the economy is improving, the BOE has not set a record low of 0.5% in order to increase its interest rate formation until the unemployment rate fell to 7 percent. Carney launched the "forward guidance" policy of the country in August, he certainly until the unemployment rate drops to a certain level, the central bank will not cut interest rates.
