Leading banking giant Citigroup has said it will offer a new debit card for all who are affected in the recent security breaches retail format , target customers.
Minneapolis discount , the Target Company has said it will offer discounts to customers 21 and December 22 shopping in their stores. A large number of security vulnerabilities were found on Thursday in which a hacker can get loans , more than 40 million target customers debit card information between November 27 and 15, who shopped in the store.
